O'Donahue Software Consulting was founded by me (Joseph Donahue) as a sole proprietorship in Washington State in 1998. I am a freelance software developer, but I do occassionally hire other contractors when I need expertise in other fields or when a project schedule requires a greater level of effort than I am able to provide on my own.
